Although payment is expected at time of service, we accept many different payment methods.

In order to ensure that you receive the best care available, we want to make it as easy as possible for you. We accept cash, checks, and debit cards. We also accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover card, and American Express.

We are often asked if insurance will cover your visit. Since there are so many plans with different coverage options available, we are not able to give you a definitive answer. When you arrive at your appointment, we will make a copy of your insurance card and try to give you a close estimate of your insurance coverage. We don’t always know the exact amount, until the insurance EOB is received after care. The insurance companies give us the disclaimer that benefits will be determined after claims are received and that the information given to us before they receive your bill may not be accurate. We must pass along this disclaimer to you. Ultimately, any remaining balance after your insurance is filed and received is your responsibility.

We also welcome your insurance and will do everything that we can to help you receive as many benefits from it as possible.

Care Credit


We are also proud to offer CareCredit to our patients. Care Credit gives owners another line of credit, which can be extremely helpful with unexpected emergencies. It allows you to pay for services over an extended period of time so you can do what is needed for your pets without worrying about how you are going to pay for it. CareCredit offers many different payment plans, some without interest.

CareCredit is wonderful. You can apply and have an answer in less than five minutes. We can go over the form with you in the office, or you can apply yourself by phone or online.
